One of the questions that frequently pop up in presales is the integration of the UltimateIDX™ into existing real estate sites. The short answer is that the UltimateIDX™ is compatible with almost every type of website and integrates seamlessly.

The system is a web base stand-alone that matches your website look and feel. This is accomplished by dropping in a html wrapper into the UltimateIDX™ Control Panel. When a visitor goes from your website to the UltimateIDX™ they can NOT tell the difference. This includes the URL. All listing pages generated by the UltimateIDX™ will have your Domain in the URL with a unique search engine friendly string.

These pages are NOT a sub-domain of ours, they are actually on your Domain and YOU get the credit for the content by the search engines, NOT us.

Additionally, with all listings detailed pages generated by the system with search engine friendly URLs and unique Meta Tags you have as many pages that can be indexed as you have listings on your MLS. This aids in potential Buyers easily finding the property they are looking for.

WordPress and Joomla

All UltimateIDX™ Clients that use the popular WordPress and Joomla open source CMS (Content Management Systems) are supplied with the proper plugins and extensions free of charge. With the growing use of REALTORS® using WordPress as their website CMS as apposed to just having it as a blog we have begun compiling a library of WordPress plugins.
