In 2008 SANDICOR transitioned from IDX (Internet Data Exchange) to RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard). While the implementation of RETS by SANDICOR was less than seamless, dependable accurate data has been retrieved from SANDICOR for months now with very few service outages.

Your Data Feed: The UltimateIDX is an approved vendor for MLS Data by SANDICOR.

Availability: Available to all Agents and Brokers that are Board Members.

Estimated time for SANDICOR Feed Approval: 7 Business Days after submission.

Estimated time to go “Live” on Your Website: 24 hours after approval by SANDICOR.

Rules and Restrictions: All California Licensing laws must be strictly adhered to. Listing Office must appear on listing details. Broker’s branding must appear on the website. Other restrictions may apply.
