Use of FMLS BR logo must be shown and associated with each and every listing that is not the member’s own listing. Listing office displayed on listing details. A Statement containing the company name or the individual person’s name of the vendor/designer of the website and contact info is required. Website owner’s (Broker or Agent) contact information is not displayed within the Licensed Content of another member’s listing in any manner Final compliance review and approval by FMLS prior to retrieval of live IDX data. FMLS copyright with current year must be displayed. FMLS Licensed Content/listing data must clearly be separate and apart from ANY other website information. This includes statements such as “Contact Me”, “Learn More”, or any text, graphics or hyperlinks (except virtual tour link provided by FMLS). Other restrictions may apply.
