Multiple IDX Feed and Website Support

The UltimateIDX™ can run multiple real estate websites of the same owner and or multiple IDX Feeds in one Control Panel for both Agents and Administrator/Broker.

It is not uncommon for a real estate Broker to run more than one website. This happens primarily to optimize their websites for different Search Engines or different communities in their market area.

Other MLS/IDX Systems Don’t Measure Up

With other MLS IDX/RETS services you either use multiple Control Panels to work your real estate leads or you have different site and Agent contact information that do not match the website’s domain name. Either solution is unacceptable.

The UltimateIDX™ Difference

Our system provides a unique Agent Roster for each of your Broker sites. When a lead from yoursite.com receives an email from you or one of your Agents it will give them the email for yoursite.com NOT YourOtherSite.com. Additionally you have the option of assigning completely different Agents that will be assigned leads from each of your websites.

Multiple IDX Feeds

The UltimateIDX™ can also accommodate multiple local board IDX feeds and does so from the same Control Panel.

  • Additional Websites: starting @ $15 per month per website added to your Ultimate IDX account (plus any applicable MLS IDX fees)
  • Additional MLS IDX Feeds: @ $25 per month per website added to your Ultimate IDX account (plus any applicable MLS IDX fees)
